Website privacy

This notice describes the current website implementation. It does not replace the separate Porkfolio app privacy policy.

Controller

Website delivery

This is a static website. Its hosting and content-delivery providers may process technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser information, and security events to deliver and protect the site. Production provider configuration must be reviewed before launch so this notice can identify the actual providers and applicable processing locations.

Appearance preference

If you choose Light, Dark, or Auto appearance, the website stores that selection in your browser using local storage. The preference remains on your device and is not sent to SkinSoftware by the appearance control.

Analytics and third-party embeds

The website currently loads no PostHog analytics SDK and includes no social feed, map, booking widget, or advertising tracker. Ordinary links to external websites are governed by those websites when you follow them.

Contact

The website provides email and telephone links and has no contact form. If you contact SkinSoftware, the information you choose to send is processed to respond to your request and manage the resulting business communication. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information by email.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information processed about you, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. Contact SkinSoftware using the details above. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or another competent authority.
